We will not pass your details and address on to any third parties, but they will be held by T&V Films so that we can update you on our new releases. Please let us know in writing or by e-mail if you don’t want to receive any further information or updates from us in the future and we will remove your details from our system.
3. SECURITY
Orders placed online using a credit/debit card are processed securely by PayPal and the information is stored only until the transaction is completed and dispatched. When purchasing a DVD, you will receive a confirmation mail from PayPal. Your order details will be shown on these emails. In case of queries or questions, refer to the information given in these emails.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase from T&V Films. Please note we can only accept returns of opened items and issue a refund if there has been a manufacturing fault with the product. If this is the case we will exchange the product or issue you with a refund, including the cost of the return postage.

9. DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched by first class post within four days of receipt of payment, unless we notify you otherwise. Your order will be delivered within 10-14 days in the UK, although normally it will be received within 3-5 days of its dispatch. Please advise us if delivery does not occur within the 14-day time frame. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in when the items are being delivered you should receive a card informing you of the reason the item could not be delivered. It is then your responsibility to have the items re-delivered.
